UPS Clerk Mid Time

Description Hours would work alternating M-F 11-3 and the following week would be M, W, F 11-3 and Saturday 8:45-5:15 Every other Saturday. Requirements Qualifications: •Minimum of 18 years of age Education: Position Summary: •Operates copiers, fax machines binding equipment, laminating machines and point-of-sale devices •Advises customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry Experience: Skills: •Excellent customer skills including verbal and written communication including spelling and math, outstanding phone skills and be prompt, reliable and responsible •Ability to multitask by listening and speaking to customers, navigating computers, and typing shipping information simultaneously •Strong computer skills including internet, Microsoft office and Adobe Suite •Outstanding phone skill Conditions: Working •5% outdoor •Duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office •May have high noise levels due to telephone calls, walk in clients, or other agency business •Must follow assigned work schedules •Employees are expected to remain flexible and cooperative Physical Requirements: •Frequently required to reach with hands and arms •Occasionally required to sit •Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, manipulate tools, or controls and grasp objects •Ability to listen and remember information •Ability to speak clearly •Must present professional appearance •Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds •Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds •Occasionally lift and/or move 40+ pounds
