Description

RN or LPN provide wellness care in LTC setting: take vitals, promote healthy lifestyle, administer medications, give injections, take residents to medical appointments, record and maintain charts, logs, etc., carry out medical orders accurately and timely, coordinate with outpatient therapy (PT/ OT). Must give quality care, be reliable, dependable, and pass background check. 3-4 days/week, M-F (occasional weekend).
