Clara Barton Medical Center, Physician Family Medicine Clara Barton Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic and supportive medical team in North Central Kansas. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-scope family medicine—including outpatient, inpatient, and ER coverage—while enjoying a balanced schedule and the strong sense of purpose that comes with serving a rural community. Key highlights: · Flexible 4-day work week · Shared ER backup with fellow physicians – all holidays covered except Christmas · KMSL, OMS and Kansas Bridging Plan eligible · Supportive, team-based culture with low provider turnover · Relocation expense reimbursement Benefits: · Competitive base salary of $240,000 to $300,000, based on experience, with additional earning potential through an RVU-based productivity bonus structure · Average 20 patient visits per day · Paid malpractice coverage · Comprehensive employee benefits package · CME allowance with paid time off · Generous vacation and paid holidays · Retirement plan with employer match · Student loan repayment assistance available – PSLF eligible organization · No OB required, but potential for future OB opportunities Work Schedule/Responsibilities/Team: · Flexible 4-day work week · Serve patients in fully integrated, hospital-based Rural Health Clinic · Two additional Rural Health Clinic locations with rotation possibilities · Work alongside a talented and collaborative team including: o 3 General Surgeons o 1 Family Medicine Physician o 1 Internal Medicine Physician o 2 Pediatricians o 1 ER physician o 1 Rheumatologist o 12 Advanced Practice Providers o 2 Behavioral Health Therapists Who we are: Clara Barton Medical Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital with the feel and capabilities of a larger regional facility. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, or Experience
Qualifications and/or licensing Requirements · MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine · Kansas medical license or ability to obtain · Desire to provide comprehensive, compassionate care in a rural community setting
