Customer Service Representative I

Description

Under the direction of the City Clerk/Finance Director, works as the main point of contact for City Hall. This position will offer excellent customer service. Assists City residents with information about community services and programs as well as assists City Hall staff with assorted duties as directed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, or Experience

This position requires a high school diploma or GED as well as a combination of clerical and customer service experience. Proficiency in the use of the computer is essential in this position.
