Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Technician at Central Plains Computer Service located in Great Bend, KS. The Computer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and updating computer systems, and ensuring network security. Qualifications Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Ability to install and configure computer systems and networks Knowledge of network security practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and customer service skills Relevant certification in computer science or a related field is a plus
