As a Personal Banker I, you will be responsible to develop and enhance customer relationships by processing transactions including paying and receiving cash and other negotiable; serving as the primary point of contact for new accounts and consumer loans; identifying opportunities for additional business; and delivering superior customer service while adhering to operational, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, or Experience
Qualified candidates should demonstrate one month to one year of cash handling and customer service experience. Retail banking experience preferred. Applicants should also possess courtesy, tact, diplomacy and confidentiality as work involves personal contact with others inside and outside the organization. Candidates should be detail oriented in order to deal with numbers and names.
