Barton Community College is seeking an Executive Director of Academic Affairs. This 12-month full-time position reports to the Dean of Academics and is responsible for overseeing the College’s Academic programs’ strategic initiatives, instructional program development and review, and academic student support. The Executive Director is expected to demonstrate leadership, promote quality student learning opportunities and ensure delivery of exceptional education. At a minimum, applicants must possess a Master’s degree. Professionalism, oral and written communication skills, team-building abilities, and partner development experience are desired.
