Barton Community College seeks a replacement full-time Director of Military Programs to manage the daily operations of the College’s Military Programs department in conjunction with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Fort Riley; and manage, promote, and serve as the subject matter expert on the Military On Site Training (MOST) program. Required qualifications: bachelor’s degree; 2-5 years of similar or related experience; must have extensive computer skills in MS Office; must be able to demonstrate excellent teaching skills that incorporate and attain measurable student learning outcomes; and the ability to write and verbally communicate with adult, military affiliated students.
