This position is responsible for managing warehouse activities, overseeing warehouse staff, and supporting product logistics and customer service. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, driving, and direct customer interaction. This role includes product deliveries ranging from 5 to 100 miles. The ability to properly plan trips, manage delivery schedules, and represent the company professionally with customers is essential. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, or Experience

Valid Driver’s License required CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred (or willingness to obtain) Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain) Category 4 Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate agricultural equipment Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
