ILS Farm Partnership is looking to add to a staff accountant to their team. ILS Farm Partnership is a large farm located in Barton, Pawnee and Stafford counties. The farm produces a variety of grain and hay crops including wheat, soybeans, corn, alfalfa, and other irrigated and dryland crops. ILS also has an intensive cattle grazing program. ILS takes an aggressive approach on precision farming and using managerial accounting to link financial performance analysis and strategic thinking in its farming operations. Job Description Staff Accountant is an entry-level position responsible for assisting the accounting department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization. This position reports to the Farm Controller. The successful candidate for this position must be highly organized, motivated and have general accounting and bookkeeping knowledge. A 2 year degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Must pass post-offer employment testing.
