Human Services Specialist

Description

As a Human Services Specialist, you will collect and analyze information required to determine eligibility and monitor changes in circumstances of households to determine and affect payment benefits. Investigate questionable situations and notifies appropriate departments and agencies of discrepancies identified. Refer customers to appropriate services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, or Experience

Two years of experience interviewing, investigating, compiling information, documenting decisions, interpreting guidelines, and/or providing technical assistance relevant to the agency's programs. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
